These Terms of Service govern the use of the reliable-sync.com website and the evaluation and use of the ReliableSync software, offered by ZAIAC TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 11.449.288/0001-00 (“ZAIAC”). By accessing the site, downloading or using the software, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
ReliableSync is database replication software for Oracle, PostgreSQL and MySQL. Features, requirements and limits of each version are described on the website and in the product documentation, which may be updated.
2. Evaluation period
ZAIAC may offer a free 45-day evaluation with no purchase obligation. After that period, continued use requires a commercial license. The evaluation is intended for testing and should not be used in business-critical production without a purchased license.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the evaluation or the license you purchased. All rights in the software, the brand and the documentation belong to ZAIAC. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the environments, databases and data where the software is installed, for keeping up-to-date backups, for testing replication before using it in production, and for holding the licenses of any third-party databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and others) you use.
5. Support
Support is provided through the contact channels on the website, under the license or agreement you signed. During the evaluation, support is provided on a best-effort basis.
6. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ZAIAC is not liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
