2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email and WhatsApp number, provided by you when you request contact or a demo.
- Browsing data (only with your consent): pages visited, device and browser type, country and traffic source, collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads (including the identifier of the ad click) through cookies.
- Technical logs: IP address and access data recorded by our servers for security and operation of the site.
- Anti-spam check: the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes browser behavior (including IP address) to tell people from bots. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security. The data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry, sending a proposal and scheduling a demo: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); LGPD Art. 7).
- Measuring and improving the site and assessing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.
- Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with providers that help us run the site, such as hosting and email providers and Google (Analytics and Ads), which may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed for the sales conversation and legal obligations. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
